How does narrating in my own voice work?
You read a short passage aloud just once. We securely create a private voice model that's used only to narrate your own family's stories — it's never shared, sold, or used to train anything else. You can delete it at any time.
Is Voxnour safe for my child?
Safety is the whole point. There are no ads, no chat, and no open internet. Every story passes through AI safety guardrails tuned for young children, and Kids Mode is PIN-locked so little ones can only watch — never wander into settings.
How long does a story take to make?
Just a few minutes. You tap a few friendly choices, then put the kettle on — we write, illustrate, animate and narrate the film in the background and send you a notification the moment it lands in your library, ready to play.
What ages is it designed for?
Voxnour shines for children roughly 2–8. You choose the theme, tone and length, so stories stay gentle for toddlers or a little more adventurous for older kids.
Can both parents have their own voice?
Yes. The Moonlight plan supports up to 4 family voices, so Mum, Dad or Grandma can each narrate. Pick whose voice tells tonight's story right before you create it.
What happens to my recordings and data?
Your recordings and stories are private to your account and encrypted. We never share them. You're always in control and can permanently erase your voice and all data from the app whenever you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel in a couple of taps with no penalty, and you'll keep your stories. The free Starlight tier is always available, so you'll never lose access to your library.
Which devices can we watch on?
Anything with a browser — phone, tablet, laptop or TV. Stories stream in HD, and on Moonlight you can download favourites to watch offline on trips and flights.
